Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Use of the AeroVeritas online training site, or any of
the services and products featured on this site, are subject
to the following terms and conditions. Please read the following
Terms and Conditions carefully prior to use, enrolment,
or registration of any AeroVeritas product or service. The
act of enrolment in AeroVeritas online training courses
signifies your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions,
and your consent to be legally bound by them. Privacy
Statement
Personal information provided to AeroVeritas shall be
secured in good faith to ensure client privacy. AeroVeritas
will not disclose client personal details to any third
party unless legally compelled to do so by local, state,
federal, or national law enforcement agencies.
The information entered on our site is stored on our servers
using a secure database technology behind a secure computer
firewall, in a password-protected, personal account. Our
server automatically recognizes only the Internet domain
and IP address from which you accessed our site. This
information does not result in the identification of your
personal email address or other personal information.
Confidentiality and Use of Information
Use of AeroVeritas online training courses requires clients
to provide valid contact details including a current email
address. Each student will be issued a user name and password
for access to only those courses that they have been enrolled.
Under no circumstance may students share user name or
password information to allow another person access to
a course. Only those students who are properly enrolled
will be permitted access to AeroVeritas online training
courses. Once issued by AeroVeritas, secrecy, protection,
and maintenance of passwords are the responsibility of
the client. If you decide to participate in an online
program, your name and email address may be shared with
other students, or the program administrator. You have
an option to request to hide your email from others. Please
remember to log out of your account when you have finished
on the site, especially if sharing a computer in a public
place. All user information is deleted when the student
completes the course and is un-enrolled. All public information
entered in the forum will still be accessible to other
students.

Limitations of Liability
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree that
neither AeroVeritas, nor its affiliates, subsidiaries,
officers, directors, employees, consultants and/or information
providers shall have any liability to you in connection
with your use of AeroVeritas Aviation Safety Consulting
Limited. You also agree that your only remedy if you are
dissatisfied with AeroVeritas services and products is
to terminate your account and discontinue use of AeroVeritas
services. Use of any information provided by AeroVeritas
is at you own discretion and risk. AeroVeritas is not
responsible for any damage resulting from the use of online
training services, including but not limited to, damages
incurred by you or by any user as a result of any computer
virus, or other components derived from the use of AeroVeritas
services. We shall not be liable in any way for failure
to perform, or delay in performing, outside our obligations
under this agreement if the failure or delay is due to
causes outside of our reasonable control.
Cancellation Terms
You may cancel your enrolment with AeroVeritas online courses at any time. However,
companies, individuals, users, and students that have enrolled and
begun taking any AeroVeritas online course will not be entitled
to a refund.
Refusal or Denial of Service
AeroVeritas reserves the right to refuse services to any person,
company, or entity at any time, for any reason and without explanation.
Refund Policy
With the exception of having enrolled in the wrong course,
AeroVeritas will not provide any refund. Companies, individuals,
users, and students have 24 hours from the time of initial
enrolment to notify AeroVeritas of an error in selecting
the proper course. If a suitable course is not available
at that time, a refund will be given. Once any AeroVeritas
course has been started, the student is considered "actively
enrolled" and no refund will be given whatsoever.
Fees for Training Services Unless other arrangements
have been made in advance, all fees for AeroVeritas online
training are due in full prior to active enrolment and
access to any courses.
Linked Sites
AeroVeritas may provide links to internet sites and RSS
news feeds maintained by other "third party"
host or providers. AeroVeritas does not review all third
party site information, and is not responsible for the
contents of, or any products or services offered by third
party sites.
