COMPANY PRESIDENT
As President of AeroVeritas, Mr. Mark Mohelnitzky has provided guidance, support and training to a multitude of FAA Part 145 repair stations, MRO's, and airlines worldwide.
Mr. Mohelnitzky is a former Principal Inspector for the United States
Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Responsible for certification,
surveillance, and inspection of repair stations, air carriers and air
agencies, Mr. Mohelnitzky has extensive training and experience in aviation
certificate management, repair station certification and operations, quality
assurance auditing, regulatory document development, aircraft accident
investigation and aircraft maintenance. Mr. Mohelnitzky has conducted
numerous training courses on behalf of the FAA where he provided regulatory
instruction to the aviation industry as well as FAA personnel.
Prior to his career with the FAA, Mr. Mohelnitzky began working in aviation
maintenance at general aviation repair stations. After approximately 5
years, Mr. Mohelnitzky went on to hold senior maintenance positions at
a heavy maintenance repair station, and eventually airline maintenance
operations.
While employed with a major US airline for nearly 14 years, Mr. Mohelnitzky
served in the positions of Maintenance Program Developer/Technical Writer,
Minimum Equipment List (MEL)/Regulatory Document Program Manager, and Technical Training Instructor.
Mr. Mohelnitzky has conducted multiple regulatory enforcement investigations
of airmen, repairs stations and air carriers on behalf of the FAA. In
addition, he has given expert testimony and depositions regarding airman
qualifications, aircraft maintenance/inspection requirements, aircraft
records, repair station regulatory compliance and air carrier maintenance
requirements. Mr. Mohelnitzky has had enforcement cases heard before the
full NTSB Board, all being upheld in favor of his investigative findings.
Recipient: FAA Aviation Safety Award 2000 - "For outstanding
contribution to Aviation Safety".
